OUR CEMETERY: Purchasing a Site

 

Although Rock Creek Cemetery has a wide selection of sites available for sale, many sections are completely sold out. Before you purchase a burial site in the cemetery one should drive through the 86 acres and find a section in the cemetery that appeals to you. Currently sites are available in Sections: 3A, 4A, 16, M, N, L, C, O, 19 and 20.  The sales staff will check on the availability of sites in that area. All sites must be paid in full at the time pf purchase.  We accept Cash, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, and personal checks as payment.

Prices for burial sites range from $2,900 to $5,600 depending upon which section of the cemetery you choose from. Not all sections have sites available. We allow a maximum of two interments per site. This can be two full bodies; a full body and a cremation; or two cremains. 10% of the cost of the site goes towards Perpetual Care. Interment Services (i.e. opening & closing of the grave; liner or vault purchase) cannot be pre-paid. Burials can be scheduled Monday - Friday 9:30 am - 2:30 pm. The cemetery office is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays and no interments are scheduled. Please contact Rock Creek Cemetery at 202 829 0585.
